Location

The apartment is located in Vikend Naselje, at an elevation of 1,335 meters, just behind Hotel Srebrna Planina. It is 3.8 km from the nearest ski slope (Sunčana Dolina) and 6.4 km from Kopaonik Center (Konaci). Several markets, restaurants, and spa centers are all within walking distance.

Parking

One free parking spot is available for guests.

Parking is managed by Hotel Srebrna Planina. If the parking ramp is closed, please contact the hotel reception for assistance.

Heating & Hot Water

When you enter the apartment during winter, please make sure the heating is switched on. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating.

Using the Thermostat

1. The display shows the current room temperature.
2. Set your desired temperature using the up (▲) and down (▼) arrows. The recommended temperature is between 20°C and 22°C (68°F and 72°F).
3. The display will briefly show the set temperature, then return to the current temperature.

Kitchen Water Heater

To turn on the kitchen water heater, press the switch down. The switch is located above the cooktop.

Bathroom Boiler

To activate the bathroom boiler, turn it on at the control panel outside the bathroom and set the rotary control on the boiler itself to the ECO position. The boiler's indicator light will illuminate, showing that it is heating water.

Wi-Fi

To connect to the Wi-Fi, use the credentials below or scan the QR code with your phone's camera.

House Rules

• Please respect quiet hours between 14:00–17:00 and 22:00–09:00.
• Loud music, parties, and gatherings are strictly prohibited.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Do not leave trash in front of the apartment or building door; use the designated bins.
• Handle all inventory and furnishings with care. Any damages must be reported and compensated for.
• Keep the apartment clean during your stay. Upon departure, leave it in the same condition as it was upon your arrival.

Upon Departure, Ensure That

• All faucets, lights, and electrical appliances are turned off except the refrigerator.
• Heating is set to minimum (12°C / 53.6°F).
• All windows and doors are securely closed.
• The apartment is locked and keys are returned to the reception of Hotel Srebrna Planina.

In Case of Emergency

• In case of fire, flood, or other emergencies, immediately contact the relevant services using the phone numbers provided, and notify the hosts.

Availability

Payment

• Payments can be made only via bank transfer.
• Full payment is required 7 days before arrival.
• For bookings made less than 7 days before arrival, full payment must be made at the time of booking.
• Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.
• When making a payment, please include your name and a description such as your arrival date — for example: Reservation 30.12.2025.

Guest Registration

In Serbia, the obligation to register guests is governed by the Law on Hospitality (Zakon o ugostiteljstvu, Articles 25–29). Under this law, all accommodation providers are legally required to register and deregister every guest through the national eTurista system, managed by the Ministry of Tourism and Youth of the Republic of Serbia.

Guests must be registered in eTurista immediately upon arrival. We kindly ask our guests to provide accurate information and submit their details to us via email prior to entering the apartment. We also reserve the right to deny access to the apartment if the necessary details are not provided in advance.

The table below lists the information required for both domestic and foreign guests. This information must be provided for each guest.

Getting Here

You can reach Kopaonik by three main roads: from Brzeće, Jošanička Banja, or Raška. If you're coming from Belgrade, the easiest route is via the Miloš the Great Highway, following the roads to Kraljevo and then Raška. As you drive up the mountain, you will reach Vikend Naselje. On your left, you will see Hotel Srebrna Planina — turn left toward the hotel and follow the road behind it. Our apartment is in the fifth building on the right, entrance 6 (Gvozdac), second floor, apartment 6.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in starts at 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request.

The apartment key is collected at the Hotel Srebrna Planina reception and must be returned there upon departure.

Ski Pass

You can purchase a ski pass through the Ski Resorts of Serbia online shop. A single-day pass costs about €40–€45, while a 6-day pass is around €32.00/day (≈€192.00 total). Online purchases receive a 15% discount from November 1st to 15th.

The nearest vending machine for printing and collecting your ski pass is at Kraljevi Čardaci, in the hall where the Maxi market is located (see map).

Alternatively, ski passes are available at the box offices in Kopaonik Center.

To make your stay easier, you can rent equipment and use lockers at the ski center or maintenance shops—no need to carry your gear back and forth from the apartment!

Motor Vehicles Fee

Kopaonik National Park charges an entry fee for motor vehicles at three toll gates: Đorov Bridge, Brzeće, and Sunčana Dolina. Payment can be made online by entering your vehicle's license plate number at naplatanpk.rs. The fee is approximately €2.50/day or €7.00 for a full week.

If you're coming from Raška, you can initially skip the toll—the gate is just past the Sunčana Dolina slope. You'll only need to pay if you drive into Kopaonik National Park. If you take the bus to the slopes, there's no fee. Also, if you only use the paid parking at Sunčana Dolina, you can skip the toll since the parking is located outside the national park.

Bus Transportation

There is a bus stop located across from Hotel Srebrna Planina. Tickets can be purchased directly on the bus. A one-way ticket to the Kopaonik center costs 300 RSD (€2.50), while a round-trip ticket is 600 RSD (€5.00). Below is the timetable of departures and arrivals.
